Pacific Art League’s 2025 Summer Camp Art Academy

Do you love art, enjoy working with kids, and want to earn community service hours this summer? Join us at the Pacific Art League as a Youth Summer Camp Volunteer!

We’re looking for motivated and committed teens (ages 15–18*) to assist our summer camp instructors and help young artists thrive in a fun, creative environment. Camps run weekly from June 9 through August 8, 2025, and take place at our historic downtown Palo Alto studio.

Duties Include:

• Welcoming students and directing them to the correct classroom

• Assisting instructors during class with materials and activities

• Helping ensure a safe, supportive environment for campers

• Preparing art supplies and helping with setup/cleanup

• Supervising lunch and outdoor play during breaks

• Serving as a positive role model for younger students

Experience & Skills:

• Experience with kids or in a camp setting is a plus

• Friendly, responsible, and dependable

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Patient, adaptable, and team-oriented

Time Commitment:

• Minimum 5 consecutive days required.

• Preference given to volunteers who can commit to more weeks

• Shifts are 4–7 hours per day, Monday–Friday
