The Pacific Art League is thrilled to announce an open call for submissions for our upcoming Members Exhibition! This highly anticipated open themed show is a celebration of creativity and artistry within our vibrant member community.

This exhibition is open exclusively to current Pacific Art League members. Artists of all mediums, styles, and skill levels are encouraged to participate. Not a member yet? Join today to be part of this incredible showcase!

OPENING RECEPTION
Friday, May 9, 5:30pm-8:00pm

Ribbons awards will be announced at the reception. This event is free and open to the public.

ELIGIBILITY
Open to all artists and artistic works.

ENTRY FEE
First Submission is FREE
$25 every additional submission

SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Friday, April 11th, 2025

SELECTION NOTIFICATION DATE
Friday, April 18th, 2025 (by email)

ART INTAKE
Accepted works must be hand-delivered to PAL on Thursday, May 1st, 2025 (12pm - 4pm only)

ART PICK UP
Exhibited works must be picked up at PAL at the end of the exhibit on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 (12am - 4pm only)

AWARDS
Ribbons will be awarded to works selected by the juror

SALES COMMISSION
Members 60/40 (in favor of the artist)

GUIDELINES
Measurements are based on the piece’s longest side, including the frame.

  • Size of work is limited to 36” wide by 36” tall, including the frame. Please note, that anything submitted over 36” will not be accepted into the show.

  • All 2D work must be ready to hang on a wire.

  • All 2D work must be framed or on gallery-wrapped canvas with finished edges.

  • All work must be labeled on the front with the title and artist’s name (post-it or paper taped to frame work well).

  • All works must be dry to the touch.
